Dunoon Primary School
Contract type – Design, Build & Refurbishment
Work has been completed on the £10.5 million Dunoon primary school project on behalf of Argyll and Bute Council.
The first phase saw the refurbishment of the west wing of the current listed building with pupils moving back in during November 2018.
Phase two saw the east wing demolished and a new replacement wing constructed, which is linked to the west wing by a feature staircase. All works were completed in November 2020.
The new look school caters for 300-pupils along with 30 early learning and and childcare places. There is also a family centre, gym hall and library.
