Aberdeen Community Health & Care Village

Complete

The Aberdeen Community Health and Care Village became the first design, build, finance and maintain package to be completed in Scotland under the hub initiative when it was handed over to NHS Grampipan in December 2013.

Aberdeen Custodial Centre

Complete

Spanning 4,518 sq m, the Aberdeen Custodial Centre was the first development to be completed by hub North Scotland for Police Scotland.

Alford Community Campus

Complete

Work on the new Alford Community Campus officially got underway in June 2014 and followed advance works in October 2013 that saw an access road created for construction traffic and initial ground works.

Alness Academy

Complete

Construction has been completed on Phase 1 of the £34 million replacement for Alness Academy on behalf of the Highland Council with Kier Construction as the main contractors.

Anderson High School

Badenoch & Strathspey Community Hospital

Construction was completed on the new Badenoch & Strathspey Community Hospital in Aviemore for NHS Highland on Friday 17th September 2021.

Brimmond School

Campbeltown Grammar School

Campbeltown Grammar School opened its doors for pupils in February 2018 and was immediately hailed as an "absolutely amazing" place for young people to learn in.

Countesswells Primary School

The Countesswells primary school will cater for 434 pupils with an additional 60 early learning and child care places. It will also have an all-weather pitch and two playgrounds.

Dunoon Primary School

The Faithlie Dental Centre became one of the first NHS Grampian health projects delivered through hub North Scotland when it was handed over to the organisation in January 2014

Foresterhill Health Centre

Forres Medical Centre

Complete

Part of the bundle with Tain Health Centre and Woodside Fountain Health Centre, Forres Health Centre was officially handed over to NHS Grampian by hub North Scotland in August 2014.

Frederick Street Car Park

Complete

Part of the aberdeen Community Health and Care Village project, the Frederick Street Car Park was the first hub North facility to come to fruition, officially opening in December 2012.

Greyhope School & Community Hub

Complete

Hub North Scotland successfully handed over the new £23 million Greyhope School & Community Hub to Aberdeen City Council in October 2023.

Inverurie Community Campus

Complete

Construction has been completed on the new £55 million Inverurie Community Campus, which replaces the former Inverurie Academy, community centre and swimming pool.

Inverurie Health & Care Hub

Complete

The £14.7 million Inverurie Health & Social Care Hub opened its doors to the public in August 2018 in the grounds of the town's community hospital.

Inverness Royal Academy

Complete

The new Inverness Royal Academy replaced the existing school building to provide a modern learning environment capable of meeting the needs of current and future pupils, as well as offering greater provision for community use during the evenings and weekends.

Kirn Primary School

Complete

The brief was to design and build a primary school that can cater for 300 pupils on behalf of Argyll & Bute Council.

Linkwood Primary School

Complete

Groundworks began on the new Linkwood primary school in Elgin for the Moray Council in March 2019 with the building achieving practical completion on 8th December 2020.

Lochside Academy

Complete

Lochside Academy in Aberdeen opened its doors in August 2018 and replaced the former Torry and Kincorth academies to become the largest school in the city, which can cater for up to 1,350-pupils.

Lossiemouth High School

Complete

Work has been completed on the £42 million replacement Lossiemouth High School on behalf of the Moray Council.

Noss Primary School

Complete

Replacing the existing North and Hillhead Primary Schools in Wick, Noss Primary School caters for nearly 400 pupils and spans 4,620 sq m.

Oban High School

Oban High School opened in April 2018 to provide a modern, flexible and inclusive building, which has created an inspiring centre of learning for pupils, staff and the community.

Orchard Brae School

Barra & Vatersay Community Campus

In Development

Plans are under way with Comhairle nan Eilean Siar and NHS Western Isles to design and build the new Barra & Vatersay Community Campus (BVCC) on the site of the existing Castlebay Community School.
