Supply Chain.

Performance Monitoring

The performance of the supply chain will be closely monitored, managed and will be subject to review. This will occur throughout the life of Hub North Scotland and during the each three yearly review.

As well as reporting to the Territory Partnering Board (TPB) on a quarterly basis on the performance of the supply chain, Hub North Scotland seeks continuous improvement through a number of other methods including;

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Improving Performance
  • Health and Safety
  • Stage Reviews
  • Tier 2 Supply Chain Performance

Additionally, Hub North Scotland will work closely with the relevant Participants during each new project to ensure they are happy with the performance of each supply chain member. In the instances where a member of our supply chain does not meet the requirements, a rectification process will be followed.

“I love working on this site and watching the buildings take shape. It is going to be some place when it is finished.”
