About Us.
Our Work
As an award-winning strategic development partner of choice for the public sector, the hub North Scotland role is to support our clients in delivering their community infrastructure requirements and achieving service delivery transformation.
We are the extra pair of hands that helps clients from start to finish and beyond in working out their needs, planning how to achieve their goals and supporting them in delivering the final outcome. In addition, we can also provide asset management services for completed projects.
We have a proven track record in collaboratively working with client officers, often on a cross-agency basis, to provide assistance on feasibility studies, option appraisals, business cases, funding applications and project delivery.
Our services include setting up project management offices on behalf of clients and our highly-experienced team also provide advice on placemaking, net carbon zero, economic growth, digital connectivity, social value, community wealth building and joint investment opportunities.
Our projects include:
- The learning estate – community campuses providing early, primary and secondary learning
- Health facilities – community hospitals and health or medical centres
- Emergency services facilities
- Social Housing
- Care homes
- Leisure facilities
- Administrative facilities
We also have a team of concession managers who look after 10-completed Design, Build, Finance, Maintain (DBFM) projects on 14-sites across our territory. The DBFM projects are covered by a Managed Service Agreement (MSA) which normally lasts for 25-years and must meet predetermined performance specifications. At the end of the MSA the public sector client becomes responsible for the maintenance of the building.
“I love working on this site and watching the buildings take shape. It is going to be some place when it is finished.”
