Hub North Scotland is the strategic development partner of choice for the planning, procurement and delivery of community-based infrastructure projects across the north of Scotland.
It is comprised of 16 public sector organisations, the Scottish Futures Trust and private sector partners in a joint venture company known as a hubCo with the purpose of working collaboratively to deliver inspiring projects for communities and best value for participants.
Established in 2011, Hub North Scotland is one of five hubCos in Scotland and has been at the forefront of the hubCo model’s implementation throughout the country by the Scottish Futures Trust.
The expansive territory Hub North Scotland covers, stretches from the southern tip of Aberdeenshire on the east coast to the islands of Orkney and Shetland in the north, Argyll to the south and the Western Isles.
Since its creation, Hub North Scotland has been responsible for £1.05 billion of projects in the education, healthcare and emergency service sectors with a healthy ongoing pipeline of work and plans to extend into social housing.
