Scott Brown

Project Director

Scott joined hub North Scotland in October 2025, having spent the previous eight years with hub South East as a Project Director advising on a range of large-scale infrastructure projects.

He has more than 23-years’ experience in a variety of roles including investing and divesting interests in PPP/DBFM projects, active participation in SPV Boards, delivering effective financial control over a £1 billion operational PFI/PPP portfolio, managing a £400 million project finance/loan profile and advising public and private sector clients in procuring PFI/PPP projects to close.

Scott has a law degree and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Fun Fact: In his spare time Scott enjoys participating in triathlon events.
