Richard Park

Chief Executive

Richard has worked with hub North Scotland since 2020, initially as Partnership and Development Director before becoming Chief Executive in 2023 with responsibility for the firm’s growth and overall strategic direction.

He was previously a director with hub South East and holds various statutory director functions across the company’s special purpose partnership vehicles.

He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and has more than 20-years’ experience across the built environment covering the education, healthcare, commercial development, economic infrastructure and energy sectors.

Fun fact: He supports and helps coach his two daughters football team, which he says is significantly more stressful than being a Chief Executive.
