Ian Stafford

Ian is a director of Galliford Try Investments and has been with the business developing and delivering PPP/PFI projects across various sectors.

More recently he has been working on commercial multi-family residential developments and complex urban regeneration schemes across the UK, including land acquisition, planning and development, arranging funding and overseeing delivery.

Ian has over 25-years’ experience in working on commercial real estate and social infrastructure projects including education, health, student accommodation, multifamily residential, affordable housing and regeneration programmes.
