Elgin High School

Contract type – Design, Build, Finance & Maintain

Elgin High School is a £30 million six year comprehensive education facility, serving a mix of urban and rural catchment areas.

The new Elgin High School replaced the existing school on the northern portion of the existing site.

The 10,378 sq m building is designed to accommodate 800 pupils and a strategy for future expansion is integral to the proposal.

The new school also has an important role as a community facility, with sports provisions and performance facilities open to use by the wider public.
