Eileen Mackin

Project Director

Eileen was previously with hub South East Scotland and joined hub North in 2025 to take the lead role in our Highland Investment Plan team.

She is highly experienced in project delivery and became involved in all aspects because she weas disinterested in professional accountancy for PPP projects. She is a firm advocate of the benefits of partnership working.

Fun Fact: Eileen loves a challenge and once jumped out of a plane at 12,000ft to raise money for a project-linked charity in a parachute jump. She is now planning to take on the Highland Swing – a 140ft bungee jump – in the dark.
