David James

Project Director

David has more than 25-years’ experience in both the public and private sectors.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, he now focuses on core project and development management services. He held senior roles at various UK consultancies and more recently was in a client-side role for a UK wide property developer.

David was involved in early hub North projects, while working with the Sweet Group, including the Alford Community Campus, Wick Community Campus and Elgin High School. He has extensive experience across a range of sectors including commercial, retail, hotel and leisure and infrastructure.

Fun Fact: Outside work, David is also a pen and ink artist.
