Anna McPherson

Project Director

Anna is an experienced healthcare planner and project director who has worked on major capital projects across the health, education and research sectors.

She originally trained as a nurse, a midwife and a public health practitioner, which has given her a distinctive blend of clinical insight, consultancy expertise and client-side delivery experience.

She has led complex NEC and privately financed programmes, contributed to national policy development and supported transformational change across diverse organisational settings.

Her previous senior roles included technical consultancy, Tier 1 contractors and public sector organisations. Her work in delivering programmes ranged from national hospital transformation initiatives to multi-site campus developments and major acute-sector infrastructure.

Fun Fact: Anna previously competed internationally, in Canada, as a bagpiper with the Deeside Ladies Pipe Band.
