Andrew McLean

Operations Manager

Andrew has more than 15-years’ experience in PPP projects, specialising in lifecycle management and operational delivery.

He began his career with FES FM and continued with OCS following its acquisition of the business, taking responsibility for a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Scotland, from Dalbeattie in the south to Stornoway in the Western Isles.

In his hub North Scotland role, Andrew is responsible for the operational phase of Elgin High School in Moray and the Anderson High School in Lerwick on Shetland, overseeing contract performance, stakeholder engagement, and the successful delivery of operational services.

Fun Fact: Andrew is a keen speedway enthusiast and travels extensively across the UK and Europe to follow the sport.
