Colin Watt

Project Director

Colin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with more than 35-years’ experience in the construction industry. He has held senior management and Partner level roles delivering and developing projects and commercial advisory services for public and private sector partners across the UK.

He also has more than 14-years’ experience in delivering projects through Scotland’s hub programme and has an in-depth understanding of the hub model, public sector governance and collaborative project delivery.

Fun Fact: As a new skier, Colin has quickly developed a newfound respect for the critical path and contingency plans.
