Ian is an experienced chartered building surveyor who recently joined hub North, having set up his own company 25-years ago.
He specialised in the higher and further education sector and helped deliver new campus developments for universities and colleges.
Fun fact: Ian used to play the trumpet and once played with the Scottish National Orchestra at the Caird Hall in Dundee.
